A little bit about us.

Six years ago I started my own company, Bars by Design, and I decided that I wanted to offer couples getting married the same level of professionalism in bar design and bar service as is offered to my top end corporate clients. This may well be because I am a woman (not many of us around that run a bar company!) and I realise how important it is for your wedding bar to look as fabulous as the drinks that are served. I also make sure that the bar does not, absolutely NOT, run dry – there will always be a drink for your guests until the very end of your wedding. We have a number of bar designs available for you to choose from, the most popular being our white wedding bar and our illuminated bars, but bamboo is also rather lovely for those of you who want something a bit different. And we can also create a central bar arrangement if you are having a really big wedding of 300 people or more (but see here for a circular bar pitfall).
