This is where the bar only is provided and can be a good choice if you have access to stock and good bartenders yourself.

Tip: Glass hire and bar taps/lines are usually hired separately so make sure you have all your requirements to hand and ask for a total cost including transportation.

Advantage: you get to put all the bar elements together yourself

Disadvantage: Can seem like a cheaper option but once you have hired the additional ice, glassware, ancillaries and bought the stock you will probably spend nearly as much as you would for free bar service – and have the headache of doing it all to boot!
