This is where you pay for all the drinks up front (usually a pay per guest charge) and the bar company provides the bar, bartenders, full bar menu etc.

Tip: make sure that glassware, ice and all equipment is all included! Also ask about transportation charges and how much stock will be taken to your wedding (you do not want the bar to run dry)

Advantage: your guests will love you but can make more use of the bar than they (perhaps) should!!!

Disadvantage: the most expensive option. If you are offering a lot of free drink in the form of wines for the wedding breakfast and reception drinks (unless specifically requested, the bar will not be providing these) then this may not be the wisest choice in terms of getting the most for your money.
