Flair Artists and Mixologists

16 September 2008 1,339 views No Comment

Big difference here regarding the type of service offered. Flair artists juggle bottles and generally entertain whilst making cocktails. Mixologists build cocktails with cocktail shakers etc but do not throw the bottles around. A flair artist is by definition also a mixologist but a mixologist is not a flair artist! Flair artists are therefore much more expensive (usually around £300 for the session) whereas Mixologists are about £180 for the evening. Most will require a contribution for travel and you will need to make sure they are bringing all cocktail making equipment with them as this usually involves an additional charge of about £30.
