By far, the most popular wedding mobile bar hire choices are our all-inclusive services. You can choose either a free bar hire service or a cash (pay) bar hire service.
Free Wedding Bar Hire
This option is really good value for money and worth it if your budget will allow. A free bar gives you the peace of mind that your guests will be looked after without having to find their purse or wallet, and takes all the pressure away from the drinks component of your day. We completely take away the headache of organising and running your wedding bar by providing everything required: an individually tailored bar, refrigeration, draught facilities, glassware, bar tenders, ice, bar ancillary equipment and a full menu to suit your needs. All you and your guests need to do is choose a drink from your specially selected bar menu and enjoy!
A fully stocked and staffed bar starts at just £17.50 + VAT per guest (without cocktails) and £20.00 + VAT per guest (with cocktails).
Please note that this bar option includes one keg of your choice unless specified otherwise. Champagne is (for obvious reasons!) not included in this costing, although we are happy to serve yours for you. A free bar service is for a maximum of 8 hours and a minimum of 100 guests.
Cash Wedding Bar Hire
A popular choice for both large and small wedding parties, the cash bar hire option takes the anxiety out of trying to organise the bar yourself, and tends to fit most budgets without breaking the bank. You can choose your own bar design so that your wedding bar becomes a gorgeous focal point and your menu can be selected to suit your needs. Like the free bar hire option above, we do all the worrying for you and provide everything that your cash bar and drinks service will require: a bespoke bar, refrigeration, draught facilities, glassware, bar tenders, ice, bar ancillary equipment and a full bar menu (with wedding cocktails to make your day extra special).
Securing a licence for your pay bar can be tricky
We know from experience that securing a licence can also be a laborious pain – so we are more than happy to do this for you for a nominal £60 fee. We understand all the variables involved in procuring a Temporary Event Notice, which is required by law to retail alcohol and have forged extremely good relationships with all local authorities we have worked with.
Drinks prices are always negotiable, but we believe strongly in a fair price, so do not generally charge more than £2.50 or £3.00 per drink (£4.00 for a cocktail). We charge a flat fee of £750 +VAT for our cash bar service and take all monies generated over the bar. A minimum of 100 guests applies.
Dry Bar Hire
You may, of course, wish to hire just the bar itself (known as dry bar hire). And why not! We have a stunning variety of bar designs and bar equipment for you to choose from and are always pleased to provide any additional bar ancillaries should you require them. A complete bar costs £750 + VAT and includes:

We can also provide you with draught equipment at £35 + VAT per line for those all important kegs of beer. Bar ancillary kits are £50 + VAT and an extensive range of glassware is available to hire for 25p per glass (hired clean/returned dirty).

A word about delivery charges: for all the above bar hire service options, we will deliver free of charge for the first 100 miles. Thereafter we charge 75p per mile.
